YELL it. MEAN it.

Do this. Do this when when you’re having a good day. Do this when you’re feeling food. Do this when you are in a good mood.

Yell on top of your lungs, no matter where you are and who is around you. Yell it.

“I FEEL GREEEEEEEEEEEAT!”

Stress the “I” and stress “GREAT” for an extended period of time.

Yell it and mean it. You will get this sense of euphoria that is unexplainable.

Try it some time. You won’t regret it.
